Service Description

Fire flow is a regenerative discovery class. We take you through 4-5 flowing movements, that we repeat, breathe into and take note of what the body is saying. Is more balance needed? Is there a joint that doesn't respond as well as others? Is there a lack of tissue strength on one side of the body. Then we can help your body to physically clear anything that it is holding onto that doesnt need to be there so you can move more efficiently & feel free!
