Fascia is a connective tissue that surrounds the muscles and organs. As the muscles become tight so does the fascia but unlike the muscles that stretch fascia doesn't and this can cause restriction and loss of movement within the body. MyoFascial Freedom does exactly what the name says... it free's the fascia and releases it to increase functional and range of movement.
